What is Buyer Protection?

When will my order ships when I place my order? 

Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

 

What is the shipping time?

U.S orders and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.

  • Average shipping times to the United States: 5 - 20 Business days
  • Average shipping times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

There may be occasions that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time and date. The delivery issue is strictly the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. 

 

Do I get a tracking number?

Yes, every order will get it's own tracking number. Tracking number will be available as soon as your product is shipped. 

Once you receive your tracking number, if you want to tracking your order you can go to Track Your Order page and place your tracking number there.

 

My order arrived damaged! What to Do?

We ship all orders with extra padding. We had cases that our products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
  • Your order number.
  • A picture of the damaged product.

When are you protected?

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.

 

 

What to do if I misspelled or filled an incorrect address!

If you misspelled or filled your address incorrectly, just reply to your order confirmation email that you have received and send us the correct information. Contact us, let us now immediately true email at info@royaltydiscount.com. If the address is incorrect, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can but you must cancel your order within 12 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. Please provide the order number for a faster response. Please review our Returns and Refunds policy or contact us at info@royaltydiscount.com.
