Returns

To be qualified for a return with us, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our 30 day policy is for 30 days after your order has been delivered. If 30 days have passed by since your product(s) were delivered, sadly we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines) cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase with us.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to to address that we will provide you. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s).

 

 

Refunds (if approved)

Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund as preferred.

If you are unsatisfied with your order – please contact us and our support team they we will do their best to help you out!

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not provide the refund if:

Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

    Gifts
    At the moment we do not offer refunds if your item was a gift.

    Exchanges
    At the moment we do not offer exchanges.

    Sale items (if approved)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    *You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

     

    Missing refunds or Late refunds (if approved)
    If you have been approved for a refund and you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If Not. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Still nothing. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Order cancellation

    All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
